How long am I tied in with the website?
Our work together is usually set up for a minimum of 12 months.
What isn’t included with the website?
An online shop, payment and booking functions, customer accounts, multilingual pages, photo, video and graphics production, paid advertising, the content of your legal pages, domain and email inboxes.
Can I edit my website myself?
Our approach is that your website is continuously optimised and kept up to date. So you don’t need to make changes yourself: throughout our work together, we handle one change request a month for you, such as new opening hours or updated copy.
Do you guarantee Google rankings or mentions in AI search?
No. Google itself says: ‘There’s no way to request or pay for a better local ranking on Google.’ We work on the things we can influence, such as Google reviews, updated information, SEO and GEO. You’ll see what moves in your dashboard every month.
Can I commission AI automation without a new website?
Yes. AI automation is a separate project. If you have both with us, they work together: AI can capture enquiries from your website and pass them to the right person.
Do we need new software for AI automation?
